Ordering:
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment verification. Because many of our tools and kits are handcrafted, this processing time allows us to ensure every item meets our quality standards. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly once they enter the production queue. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at xc1821@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Will I need to pay any tariffs or extra fees for US orders?
US tariffs are already included in our prices. You’ll also see this clearly noted at checkout, and there will be no additional fees required upon delivery.
All duties and tariffs are fully covered by us.
Shipping:
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Ontario & Quebec: 2–3 business days.

Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days.

United States: 4–8 business days.
How much does shipping cost?

U.S. & Canada: A flat shipping fee applies to all standard orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $59 CAD.
Returns & Refunds:
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have significant quality issues. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." If your order is damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
