Similar to unbleached abaca pulp, this bleached version has gone through an additional whitening process, making it ideal for projects where a cleaner, lighter paper tone is desired. Abaca fiber is known for its excellent strength and durability, making it a wonderful addition to handmade paper, recycled paper, wood pulp, and specialty fiber blends.

This pulp is easy to prepare: simply cut the dry sheets into smaller pieces, soak them in water, and blend or process as needed for your papermaking project.

Cut the dry pulp sheets into smaller pieces and soak them in water until softened. Once fully soaked, the pulp can be processed in a blender, beater, or other suitable mixing tool before sheet forming.
